The flat is fully-furnished, with two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer, spacious living room, plenty of storage space, beautiful garden and central heating. The property is a 5 to 7 minute walk to Aberdeen university/ Sir Duncan library and a 10-15 minute walk to city. The property is located in an attractive residential area, with nearby parks for outdoor activities, gym and lots of shopping centre (less than 5mins walk)

Rent is £ 375 per person (+ Wi-Fi )per month with gas and electricity NOT included.
