I have a lovely double room to rent in my home in Fyfield. Available from June.
Fyfield is 8 miles from Oxford and well connected by bus (every 20 mins). It’s easy to get to Abingdon and Didcot as well but is also surrounded by countryside.

You would be sharing with and my 11 year old daughter. I am 39 and female. I work from home full time, love cooking and exercise regularly. No pets please. I would be happy with either a full time or a Monday-Friday lodger for a reduced rent. No couples. Must be clean and tidy!!

The house has plenty of space including a garage and garden, and the bathroom has recently been renovated. The room is furnished with a king size bed and has storage.

Rent is £650pcm and includes ALL bills: council tax, oil, electricity, water, broadband, TV license and cleaning.
