Hi, I am 40 years old, live in Alfreton De55. I have a double loft room to rent. I live alone with a lab Puppy, she is crate trained and doesnt go up stairs. It would be a shared bathroom. My daughter is going to Uni in Sept, and i am offering my room out to help with cost of living. I have recently decorated my downstairs and there would be two living rooms. I have a nice garden and parking is fine. I am looking for around £115 a week, all bills would be included and i have wifi. I work from home apart from Wednesdays.
