I am looking for a female young professional to replace my flatmate in her room in a gorgeous 2-bed flat in central Birmingham.

- Floor to ceiling windows with sun
- Modern and clean room

It is located in China Town
- 10 min walk to New Street Station and near bus stops.
- The flat faces inwards towards to a courtyard with trees and a south facing balcony from the living area. It gets lots of sun :))
- It’s a really quiet flat, it’s a calming bubble yet in the centre of Birmingham.
- It has 24/7 concierge
- 1 parking spaces underground and secure which is used as hoc for guests

Clean and tidy people only please. Living with me, currently a young professional.

£532 per month, bills and council tax not included. Bills would be around £180 a month
