A lovely double room in a friendly student house. Very clean and tidy, responsible and respectful- but still outgoing and fun!
The tenancy starts 01 July and will end 30th June 2014.
The house has three bathrooms. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, book shelf etc. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and enough cupboard and fridge space for everyone.
Bills are included in the rent and this is gas, electricity, water, high-speed broadband, TV licence for the whole property, and Virgin TV package.
The landlord is fantastic- he is very reasonable and is always very quick to answer our calls. If you do not reach your allocated amount of gas/electric, he will refund you the difference.
The house is about 5 mins bus ride away from Aston University and a short ride away from the BCU Perry Barr campus. There is a bus stop 2 mins away from the house and the train station is a short walk away.
It is a really nice house that has been well looked after. It's a great deal for rent and utilities and you couldn't ask for better housemates to live with!
