Hello, I am renting out a large double room near Salford University and Wigan!

It is partially furnished with bills included and it’s a three storey, big house.

There are two bathrooms, one bath and one shower and a big living room and kitchen area. You’ll have your own bathroom with a stand up shower and toilet.

I work full time and I’m a clean person so would like my housemate to be the same!

There are direct busses to central Manchester and Salford University less than a 2 minute walk away and Atherton train station is a 5 minute drive from the house.
