You will also have shared access to the kitchen/dining room, living room and south-facing garden! (Great in the summer).

You will be sharing with just one other person (a huge bonus), so the house is nice and quiet.

I am a 44-year-old female Emergency Helpline Operator and Mindset Coach. I work from home in the third bedroom of the house which is my office.

I would ideally like to share with a single female professional, like myself but I am open to male applicants. Generally I keep myself to myself but equally I am happy to share meals, watch a movie/box set together, go out for meals or set the world to rights over a coffee (or glass of wine) and a takeaway.

Located in the highly-sought after Redrow Estate in Mosley Common the house is a short walk from the Parr Bridge Retail Estate including Lidl, Greggs, Starbucks, Subway, doctor’s surgery and a gym.

The house is a 5-minute walk from Sale Lane bus stop with regular buses to Manchester City Centre, the universities and hospitals for just £2.
