Room available in bright spacious flat in Tooting Bec, less than 10 minute walk to the tube station and 2 minutes to Tooting common.

The room is small but has beautiful high ceilings. It currently has a single bed in, which can be pulled out into a double (can be purchased at an additional cost). My flatmate is leaving as she is moving back to Madrid, so will be open to offers on furniture that is within the room. Previous people who have stayed in the bedroom have had a double bed and small chest of drawers in the space. However to maximise the space, the current bed has storage underneath and you will have a tall wardrobe that is tucked away in the living.

Living with 3 friendly, easy going girls who like socialist together but equally live their own social lives away from the flat.
