We have a room coming available in our wholesome houseshare in Brixton end of June.

We’re looking for someone who’s up for the occasional cosy night in chilling. We’re social as a house but we also have our own things going on.

We’re a mixed house of five. I’m 31 and a freelance graphic designer, Ruki is 28 and works in engineering. Jordan (31) works in comms and Jemilla (29) is a software engineer.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Brixton station and really close to all the shops, Brixton village and not far from Brockwell Park. All bills are included including a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

Although it’s a house of 5 we never feel like we’re on top of each other as the living room and kitchen are super spacious and we have two bathrooms, plus a toilet. We also have a lovely garden (complete with herbs!) which is a great space in the summer.

The rent is £830 which includes all bills including a cleaner that comes every two weeks and we keep on top of those by cleaning up after ourselves :)
