Double room based in Brixton available from mid-June until the end of the contract in October. The price for the room is £990 per month, plus bills.

The house is a nice modern flat a short walk from the centre of Brixton (nearest tube station) & an even shorter walk to the nearest park (Brockwell Park).

In taking the room you shall join three young professionals, all aged 25, who enjoy a few drinks down the local at the weekend, love a fry up and are avid sports fans.

Bedroom - equipped with a double bed (and mattress), cupboard and a chest of drawers.

Bathroom - shared with one other housemate. Fit with a separate shower & bath.

Kitchen/Living Room - Shared space with a modern kitchen set-up and sufficient cabinet/fridge space. Dining room table, sofa & TV setup with a PS5 connected.
