Newly furnished double room in quiet residential area with parks nearby, Greatfields park – 5 min, Mayesbrook Park 15 min walk. The flat is nice and new and there is one flatmate that you share the kitchen and bathroom with. All bills are included in the rent.
The room has kingsize bed, table and chair and wardrobe. There is central heating, double glazed windows and high quality wooden flooring in hall and kitchen. A fully fitted kitchen, large fridge and freezer, washing machine with drier.
Ten days rent £250, if the days are adjusted then rent will will be calculated pro-rata, and deposit of £300 in advance. Private landlord, no agency fees.
