The house is located within 7-10 mins walk of Barking station, which is 15 mins from Fenchurch St station (City of London).
The rent of £950 per month INCLUDES BILLS and is for one person only. Second person will be for £250 extra per month. No children allowed.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine.
The room is furnished and on the first floor and shares a bathroom and separate WC with two other rooms (2 other people). Downstairs, there are two other rooms with own shower rooms and one of them has its own kitchen. .
There is a garden patio at the back of the house.
Quiet and good accommodation suitable for hardworking people who want to rest and sleep after work. This is not a 'party house' so if you're looking for this, please look elsewhere. Also, this house is only suitable for peope who minimise noise (so no loud music, etc).
It would be appreciated if you could answer the following questions before arranging a viewing please:
1) What is your nationality? If you are not British, please state your visa status as I need to ensure you have a right to rent in the UK
2) Job status including title and location of work
3) Net monthly earnings after taxes
4) How many people will be occupying room if we enter into an agreement?
5) How long are you looking to stay in your next accommodation (assuming it turns out to be a nice place to live in)
6) What is your age?
7) Have you lived in a house share before?
8) If you are living locally, why are you seeking to leave your exisiting accommodation?
9) Can you provide evidence to confirm what you have said in your message? (e. g. nationality. earnings?)
10) Do you have one month rent in advance and the deposit in cash / bank?
