Located on the 15th floor with awe-inspiring views of Barking, East Ham, Beckton, and London City. Central heating is present along with a shared main bathroom that has a shower.
The washing machine, ironing board, and clothes rack are available for sharing.
Free-view/free-sat TV channels, fast-speed Virgin broadband internet, black leather sofas, a black glass coffee table, and a mini stereo system are all part of the living room.
A cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, saucepans, and dining plates and glasses are all present in the kitchen.
You can get to Barking shopping center and Barking station by bus in two stops (The bus stop is outside the flat).
There is a doctor's surgery located 5 minutes away, as well as Asda and Tesco supermarkets nearby that are 10 minutes away.
Abbey Sports Centre is a 10-minute walk away from the flat and is a great place to go to the gym if you enjoy it.
The journey from Barking Station to Liverpool Street will take 45 minutes.
There are no bills to worry about since they are included in the rent. At times you will have the place to yourself.
Couples are not included. A female person will be sharing with you.
