The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a small dinig table and there is a small fully fitted kitchen ; use of your own shower room; The appartment is an annexe to the main family home. The appartment is for your own uninterrupted personal use. Preferably for one person but would consider couples. . The house is in a quiet and lovely residential area in Upney and also very close to bus links (3 minute walk) and 6 minute bus ride to Barking Station. From Barking, it is only 10 minutes to Stratford City and 30 minutes to Central London by tube/train. We are looking for someone who is happy to live quietly on their own or a couple. £625 per month for single and £800 for couple and is the all inclusive cost.
