It has an overground across North London to Gospel Oak, the District line, the Hammersmith line and the reliable C2C overground train, which runs to Fenchurch Street (even Liverpool St for some trains) near Tower Hill in 15mins (as well as Southend, Shoeburyness and Lakeside Shopping Centre). Asda and Tesco Metro are on the doorstep, as well as the Vicarage Shopping Centre and many grocery stores. Tesco superstore about 10mins walk. If you like shopping other than London, Lakeside Shopping centre is 20mins on the train in one direction and 15mins from Stratford Westfield in the other. There are also bus stops right outside the flat which service the local area.

In terms of other amenities in the area there is a newly built/refurbished gym/swimming pool, GP medical centre, library, the Bath Haus Spa all within a 2-3 minute walk from the flat.
