Minutes from Barking station (C2C, District line, etc.) and local amenities. The property is very small however it is secure, clean and self contained with own shower and cooking facilities which are not shared. It is therefore really suited for a single person working away from home on a long contract and not wishing to pay high hotel fees. Alternatively, we can consider a couple but again you must realize that this would obviously compromise available space. Sorry, but the studio is really not suitable for children. Parking is restricted within Barking central. Please note that although the minimum contract length is 12 months, we can depending on your personal circumstances consider short term lets from 3 months plus. Rent is £750 per month. This is non negotiable. Part housing benefit may be considered. Council tax, water, Virgin broadband internet, electricity, and TV license are included in the rent.
