Hi!
I’m currently renting this place in Landale House student accommodation. I will move out on the 30th of June so I need someone to take over the contract!
The room is available from 01/07 till 07/09.

It’s in a perfect location! 5 mins away from Canada Water station and 8 mins away from Surrey Quays Overground station! Surrey quays shopping centre is 5 mins walk away! Big tesco, boots, etc you name it.

The room is quite small.. It’s furnished with a double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 desk and 1 small drawers. And it’s quite cozy. My flatmates are all lovely people and very friendly.
The flat has 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with a separated toilet room.

As I need someone to take over the contract! Please only send a private message if you’re serious.
