Looking for FEMALE house mates and would prefer someone from Muslim or Indian background. Not trying to offend anybody but strictly no pork is allowed in this house. However if you are a vegetarian then you are more than welcome to stay.

Property is a 5 bedroom semi detached house. There are 2 bathrooms (one of them has a shower over the bath) and a spacious modern kitchen. Also road is a cul de sac so there is no traffic noise either. Broadband is available as the property is connected to Virgin media. There are also key locks fitted to all the bedroom doors and camera's fitted to the front and rear of the property so the house is very secure.

Location of the house is in Saltley which is only 10 minutes away from Birmingham city centre on the bus. Other places which are nearby are Parkfield primary school, Washwood heath urgent care centre, Heartlands hospital, Bordesley Green College, Saltley business park, Star City, Birmingham wheels park (go karting place) and also plenty of take aways on Alum rock road which include Greggs, Pepe's piri piri and Dixys just to name a few.

This place will suit professionals, students or even somebody that wants to get away from annoying family members lol.
Aston Uni and Birmingham City Uni both take less than half hour on the bus. Nearest train station is Adderley park which is less than 10 minutes walk or you can get the number 14 bus from the city centre.

The rent is a very good price as it only works out to be about 10 pounds a day. All bills are included in that price and the deposit is negotiable for the right house mate. Property needs to be viewed to be fully appreciated. Will also help with moving as long as your local. Strictly no time wasters please.
