I'm looking for a female in her 20's, 30s or 40's to share a house with 2 other females who love going out, the gym and girlie nights in.

Easy access to Birmingham city centre, Aston and BCU Uni's. Will consider Monday to Friday lets.

The house is new, modern, clean and fully furnished. Just built a conservatory!! The room is fully furnished including bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and the rent includes all bills excl phone.

We are on the 67 bus route - which drops close to BCU and Aston Uni, only 10 mins drive to city centre. Also handy for M6, M5, M42 just off A38. Close to the Fort, Asda, Sainsbury's. Looking for a nice friendly professional female.
