Our home is a semi-detached house in Kings Heath, south Birmingham. On-street parking is available, and there are several bus services very nearby. My partner of 6 years lives here too, and the three of us would make up the full household. He and I live an environmentally friendly, low consumption, relatively stress-free lifestyle: we use our bikes quite a bit, buy locally grown food or grow some of our own. We are active members of the local community and run a business from home. We want to share with someone similar, and who is also self-sufficient but likes spending time and space with housemates; someone who values others and will be a considerate member of the household.
I have been a live-in landlord for at least 15 years and enjoy it as a way of life.

We would also consider a short-term let to end by mid-August, or a longer-term let to begin in early October.
