This room has a small door which opens into a boarded loft. Which we will need access to on occasions. Storage space can be made available if required.

Comfortable bed, chest of drawers and comfy chair. Space for a desk and chair also, if required. Hanging/storage wardrobe/cupboard available opposite bathroom.
Use of fully equipped large kitchen, two fridges & two freezers, cooker microwave, air fryer, kenwood mixer/blender. Table to seat 8+, 3 seater sofa. washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large lounge with projector TV. X3 sofas.
Conservatory and private garden with seating, fire pit, bbq etc.

Downstairs toilet. Porch and hallway with shoe and coat storage.
Semi detached house. Band C. 2 minute walk to bus stop on main bus route. Local takeaway and grocery shop. Parking in street carpark.

About us;
This is my home along with my three daughters and pets. We are clean and tidy, friendly, relaxed, artistic and music loving. We are non smokers.
We pretty much keep ourselves to ourselves but we do aim to eat dinner together every day. The kitchen is the hub of the house, we like to cook, play music and eat, sometimes with friends.

Our dog doesn't go upstairs or on sofas.
2x well behaved indoor cats who have run of cat-proof garden.
We own a cornsnake (lives under the stairs downstairs) & guinea-pigs in the garden.

What we are looking for;
A female of any age who wants to share our home with us. Must be a non-vaper, and non-smoker. Must be in work or full time student.
Someone who would like share a meal/story/glass of wine with us once a week or so.
Willing to do the odd bit of pet-sitting/plant watering if we are away for a few days.
