The house is 2 storey detached house in a safe and nice neighborhood, 1 minute walk to Talbot campus and Arts Uni and 15 minutes bus drive to Bournemouth town centre .Ideal for post graduates and mature students who want to be close to Uni and the Talbot campus library .
There are 3 rooms and the kitchen /dining room, extra WC and sitting area downstairs and 3 bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs.
Currently there are 4 post-grads and one undergrad staying in the house for the next academic year and one doubles is available .
