The flat is on the third floor of an apartment block in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Our apartment block has its own car park and lots of parking is available! Your room (pictures 1-4) comes with a double bed and lots of wardrobe space :)

Rent is £400 a month excluding bills. Bills are usually around £50 per month each. Council tax band C. As my flatmate is moving out 17 May I'm looking for a quiet and tidy female flatmate to move in around that time!

Tesco is a 15 minute walk away and city centre only a 20 minute walk away.
