I have a room available in my house now.
My housemate has recently moved to London after 4 years lodging with me.

My house is in Hanover, in a quiet street and is arranged over 3 floors, there is no basement so it is light and airy.

You would be sharing with me, a working solo mum and my son who is 15. He spends some nights with his dad, is very well behaved and is generally out with his friends most of the time or attached to his Xbox in his room!

We have pets, a small dog who is extremely friendly and doesn’t think she is a small dog – so doesn’t yap all the time and two cats, only the cats are allowed upstairs. I am sorry I can't accommodate any more pets.

You would have sole use of your room on the 2nd floor, it has stripped wood floors, a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and wardrobe, there is also an aerial point for tv.

You would have shared use of the rest of the house, bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower cubicle, open plan living/dining room with tv, wii, dvd player and kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, own fridge, gas range cooker, juicer, bread maker – I could go on…

I am looking for a mature housemate (sorry no couples) who like me has probably had their clubbing days and will treat my house as their home and become a friend rather than hide in their room. I like my home to be a place to relax and chill out after a days work. I am happy for children to visit/stay if you have shared custody.

A little about me, I work in IT but I'm not a geek, I'm more into helping people and problem solving. I'm happiest watching bands, well known or in my local. I've recently discovered Ale, which my friends find amusing seeing as I've helped run a Beer Festival for the last 18 years.... a late developer! I also enjoy swimming, going to the gym, getting out on the downs and having a chat.
Most of my socialising is done outside of the home but I'm happy for you to have friends around.

The rent is £485 pcm which covers all bills except for phone, oh it also includes wifi and I also have a patio garden.
