Myself and my partner James are looking to rent our lovely spare double bedroom. Our house is always clean and well presented making it a really nice environment to be in. We have a Dalmatian called Billy so a new 'housemate' must be ok with (big) dogs. The room was re-decorated a year ago, has a new 'Emma' mattress which is super comfy, a cosy arm chair, hanging rail and two bedside tables for storage. Lucy works from home so we are ideally looking for a professional that is out of the house from 8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri. As-long as you are clean, tidy and not too noisy we will get on just fine. Bus stop 2 mins away, Southwick station 18 min walk with easy connections to Brighton.
