I am looking for somebody to rent the second double bedroom in my bungalow. The bedroom is furnished.

I have recently undertaken some renovation work within the kitchen & living room and the bedroom I am letting. The new kitchen is fully integrated with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer etc.

The rent is £600PCM. This includes gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence & unlimited wifi.

Thave a driveway big enough to fit two cars, so you'll always have a parking space if required.

I have a cat called Chia.

A little bit about myself.... I'm 36 years old. I work as an Interior Designer. I work hard and I'm always on the go! I am a sociable person and enjoy a glass of wine at the weekend, but I am quiet and respectful. I am also house proud and tidy (being an Interior Designer!) | purchased my bungalow 2 years ago and am continuing to make home improvements.
My family live in Norfolk so I am often away at the weekend.
