FLAT:
Amazing rooms to rent in Seven Dials! Looking for someone to join a relaxed, warm and creative mixed flat. The flat has a big communal area with dining and lounge area, and a shared bathroom. The flat gets lots of daylight and has tall ceilings.
The flat is situated:
- 1 min from shops and cafes
- 7 mins to train station
- 10 mins to The Lanes
- 20 mins from the water
Move-in date is relatively flexible in May!
ROOM 1 (wood floor):
This room is really big and comfortably fits a double bed, desk, wardrobe and more. It comes furnished with a double bed and memory foam mattress, as well as a wardrobe and massive mirror (can be removed if wanted). Rent is £740 pcm + bills (power, council tax band C, internet etc)
ROOM 2 (carpeted):
This is smaller double-bed room which has the best window in the whole flat and again has enough room to fit a small desk and wardrobe. It comes furnished with a double bed, mirror (normal-size!), wooden set of drawers and additional storage. Rent is £665 pcm + bills (power, council tax band C, internet etc)
FLATMATES:
I have recently moved to the city after spending some years in New Zealand. I make music and work in tech for a start-up in the rental space. Generally I'd say I'm really relaxed and love exploring the city, going to events, cooking, running, hiking and watching movies. I enjoy spending time with people over a drink/coffee and enjoy the odd night out but also enjoy my own time too (often in the bedroom working on the music!). Although a lifelong veggie, relatively chilled with living with people who eat meat as have done prior. I have always lived in a mixed flat and am looking to do the same 😌
