We have a great four bed town house at the bottom of Queens Park (you can see it from the doorstep), 5 minutes from the sea and a couple of minutes walk from Pavillion Gardens.

The house is really nicely decorated with wooden floors & carpeted rooms, it comes part furnished with a fully functioning kitchen (including a dishwasher).The bathroom is massive. On the ground floor there is nice sized lounge-diner leading onto a small patio area as well as another toilet.

There is a small double (fits double bed, desk, and a wardrobe) available. Rent is 475 + we put 75 in for bills a month so 550 all in and its available as of end of Feb
