We have a large, comfortable, fully furnished double bedroom available for short term let. We live close to the Downs, local shops and the beach. There is Wifi, parking and quick and easy access to the centre of Brighton on regular bus routes from a bus stop at the end of the road. We have a south facing garden and a terrace off the kitchen to enjoy the summer sun. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Use of the washing machine and all bills are included in the rent. We have 2 Springer spaniels and 3 Burmese cats. The room would be suitable for a student or professional person. We are a friendly and sociable family and would make you feel very welcome. We enjoy a variety of interests(walking, skiing, kayaking, cinema, wine, cooking, reading, cycling, traveling, horse-riding)and look forward to meeting people from all over the world.
