We have a bright well-furnished room to let in our friendly family house. The room currently has a single bed, TV ,desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom facilities would be yours alone as the bathroom is next to the room and we use our ensuite as our own family bathroom. There is a large kitchen where we can provide cupboard space and of course you are welcome to share all the facilities. We also have a sitting room, dining room and large garden which you would be welcome to use. We are a friendly, busy and sociable family with 4 cats and 2 guinea pigs!
Our house is less than 10 minutes walk from Worthing station, 15 minutes from the town centre and 5 minutes from local amenities in Broadwater village.
We are looking for a lodger who is relaxed, reliable and responsible. We can provide meals and/or all food for a small extra weekly cost. Our room is available from April 22nd
