Location
We are 10 minutes walk to the station, 5 minutes walk to the shops / cafes / pubs and >5 mins drive to the A27.

Brighton / Hove, Worthing and mid-sussex are all within easy reach.

Parking is on a quiet residential street, there are plenty of spaces.

Description
Our home is light, bright and comfortable. We have a large kitchen / family room with bi-fold doors opening to a sunfilled west-facing garden with small cloakroom. We have a seperate TV (flatscreen / / netflix ) lounge for relaxing in, with a lovely woodburning stove to enjoy in winter.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and family bathroom, with the available room being a sunfilled double overlooking the garden (can have a choice of single or double bed) with built in wardrobes.

About us
We are a busy working family with a five year old son looking for a quiet and tidy professional / mature student.
