More crucially its a spacious flat and there's a cool loft space I often use to work in and keep some of my other possessions.

There's no agency, we deal directly with our landlord who is very relaxed. Deposit is £400. Bills are approximately £75-90 per month.

1 minute walk from Hove Town Hall Bus Stop and lots of local shops, cafes and restaurants.
2-3 minute walk from seafront.
15 minutes walk from Hove Train Station
30 minutes walk (or 15 minutes bus) from Brighton City Centre

I'm pretty flexible on moving date, but between 9-16th August is ideal.
