I have a single room for rent in our flat where myself, my daughter and son all have a room each so there is no communal lounge. We are a very easy going family. The flat has a great location 20 minutes walk to the pier and 5 minutes walk to the sea. There are many buses and shops nearby. You will have free use of kitchen, shower and Wi-Fi. It's probably more suitable for short-term stays but you are welcome to come and have a look. It's a good base for a Brighton stay.
