The room has a free standing wardrobe, a chests of drawers and bed side cabinet. There is the option to have a black desk and chair, if required. The room has a black out blind. You will be one of two lodgers sharing with myself (teacher) and husband (surveyor). Our current lodger is in his 20s and works locally in a professional capacity. We also have a 5 year old dog (Irish Setter). 3 days a week I teach piano & violin from home, mostly from 3pm - 7pm. As this bedroom is 2 floors away from where I teach, the noise is minimal (according to our previous lodger).
