We are a couple with 2 daughters aged 7 and 10 and a cat. We are looking for a lodger for our large room on the 2nd floor of our house. Our lodger of 3 years have just left and we are now looking for a replacement!

The bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, nice carpet, black out curtains and wifi. The 2nd floor has it's own wet room/power shower that we use occasionally and also our guest room. The room is suited to an independent minded person who would like a central Brighton base to come and go as they please.

Use of kitchen and washing machine and bills included. Price could include all meals for an additional cost.
