Spacious single room in lovely, quiet flat 5 mins from Brighton Station, close to 7 dials with all it's bars and restaurants. Wooden floorboards, high ceilings. The room has nice view of greenery.

All bills included, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher. Two friendly cats and flat owner.

I'm hoping to find a friendly female lodger (sorry guys!), who I can enjoy the odd meal with / watch a film etc. Don't want to feel like a stranger to someone I share my home with!

Must not work from home (though the odd day is fine, just not the majority of the week).

Can be flexible on price for Monday to Friday lets.
