Hi Everyone!

We have a large double room in a very clean, friendly and central brighton house available. I absolutely love living in this house but I am now moving in with my bf and will be sad to leave my housemates.

The Room is fully furnished, double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and is located on the first floor (We have three storeys). There is a separate living room, kitchen, dining room and we have a large bathroom. There is a lot of storage room in the attic eaves, bathroom cupboards and under the stairs. We have a lovely secluded patio which gets sun out back and free on street parking out front.

The house is just off of Elm Grove - 20 mins from central Brighton and the train station, 30mins to the seafront, 10 mins from the downs!

The house is in a quiet residential area with lots of amenities near by!

There is currently one male and one female living here, you will be the third housemate. We are all professionals, friendly, clean - enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's space.

I am looking to move into my partners the end of december / beginning of January but am flexible with dates!
