Hi,
I will have a double room to rent in my ground floor flat from around Sunday 26th April, possibly ther week before.
It has a built in wardrobe and cupboard but other than that it is unfurnished.
Great location 5 mins to the train station, extremely close to the shops and beach and also close to the hospital.
You will be sharing with myself and another female
There are 8 unallocated parking spaces off road, first come first served basis otherwise you will need to purchase parking vouchers for the road if/when there r no spaces free
There is a separate toilet and bathroom so theres no queue! There is shared use of a lounge except for saturdays it will be off limit for my own personal space but the bedroom has a tv point. I am out most week nights down the gym so you will have more space in the lounge then
You are welcome to have visitors in your room and to stay now and then but it is advertised for a single person only.
We have a quiet home without people coming and going all the time so u wont get disturbed.
Rent is £330 pcm excluding bills, they will be split equally between the 3 of us, it shudnt total more than 420-430 altogether pcm obviously depending on how much we use, but we do try to keep gas and electric to a minimum, no-one likes to fork out on bills :-)

Please only full time working (days) non smoking female only, no pets sorry due to my lease contract.
