well maintaned, tidy. quiet house with a sitting room and large kitchen leading to a balcony and garden. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the pier, pavilion, London Road and several collage and university buildings. There are several bus stops close by.
The person taking the room must be a NON smoker, prefer working person or students.
If two people decide to share the room the rent will be cheaper per person.
