A large double room situated in Kemptown, 2 mins from the sea and on the street backing multiple bars and coffee houses. The room has a huge flat screen TV, large sofa and double bed with storage available. It's perfect for someone who wants to a bit of peace and calm or who wants to cook and hang out, we're very easy going. We are a young family but there's 2 floors between us so you're soundproofed! Happy to cook (we eat mostly veggie food) washing machine and dryer available, own fridge, bike storage and we have a cleaner who comes fortnightly (all of this is inclusive in the price) I work in a gallery and my partner works in online learning.
