Hey,
We currently have one bedroom spare in our four bed house located on Elm Grove (number 56). The house is in a great location for town and mouslecomb and close to bus routes.

There are three of us who will be moving in in September, all girls, 19, 21 and 21, two students and one graduate who will be working. We are preferably looking for a professional (non-student) but would consider a 3rd year student.

The rooms are all double and large, two bathrooms, good sized lounge and kitchen, and a garden. £425 pppm, unfurnished (but we have a few bits already).

We are all really friendly and looking for someone sociable and fun that is up for a night out, exploring new places and hobbies, but also a cosy night in with a film.
