Hi my name is Julie and I have a double room to let in my 3 bed semi detached house in Southwick for a maximum of 7 months. It has plenty of storage space and is south facing so it's lovely and bright. I work from home as a beauty therapist in a separate treatment room and I have family living either side of me so the house can be busy at times but it's always cheerful and surprisingly calm. As I'm at home all day I'm quite happy to do your laundry for you if you leave it by the machine with your laundry soap.
I have a little dog called Jeremy (Jez ) he's a corgi/ Pom and a very fluffy cat called Nutmeg.
Southwick station is a ten minute walk away and there are bus stops within 5 minutes. We have a small shopping centre in Southwick with a butchers, green grocers, bakery, co-op etc
All bills and wifi included. Rent payable in advance with 1 month for deposit. Hope to hear from you soon :)
