Excellent location--We are very close to town and close to the language schools too. Walking distance 10-15 minute. We are also very close to the 25 bus taking you straight to Falmer.

Bills included--water rates, gas, electricity, council tax. Hight speed WI-FI are available, Use of all the facilities in the house: kitchen, bathroom and the washing machine(optional)

About us--We are a friendly and mainly busy household , have two young children.(6year and 3year), and a puppy. would like someone who loves children and dog, wouldn't mind they can be a little noisy sometimes(family time at evening).Also quiet after 9-10pm as it is children bed time.
