In total around £425-££430 pcm. It's a very decent sized 2 story house, bathroom/shower/toilet located upstairs where the bedroom is. Clean kitchen and back/front garden. Fully furnished bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Lovely housemates. The house is an 8 minute bus journey to Sussex University. A 5 minute walk to Brighton University. It's also only a 10-15 minute bus ride into Brighton city centre, so it's in an ideal location. The nearest bus stops are a very short walk away from the house (about 30 seconds).
