A fully furnished, very spacious double room in a lovely shared house in central Brighton. The house is located on London road, just a 5-minute walk from the North Laine and 10 from Brighton station. We are looking for someone friendly and social, to join us in our welcoming home. We do also share the house with two friendly cats, so an animal lover (or liker!) is preferable!

The house is well furnished, warm and nicely decorated. The room itself is a converted attic, which contains a comfy double bed, bedside tables, drawers and a clothes rack, as an attic room it does have steep stairs to access it but this means it feels very private and have wonderful views!

Rent includes all bills (including high-speed unlimited internet) and shared use of all facilities, including; Kitchen, Shower, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Living room, Outdoor garden terrace.
