Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to move into my room until the end of July as I will be moving out. There are currently 5 of us in the house (3 girls and 1 boy), but by the time you move in there will only be 2 people here as the other two girls will also be moving out.

The room is equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All other equipment such as kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc are all provided. The house is close to bus stops that go into town and it takes around 20 minutes to walk in. There is a big Sainsbury's very close by along with corner shops and takeaways.

Bills are also included within the price, which includes water, gas, electricity and broadband. We have Virgin Media with all of the channels. Everyone in the house is easy going and we are looking for someone who is laid back and easy to get along with.
