Hiya the room due to time wasters is still available from 17th APRIL. The room is 3m x 4m just been re-plastered, repainted and re-carpeted. Plenty of cupboards . loads of shelf space. Single bedding supplied as is some spares. Has an area that can be used as a desk. wifi . Most of the house has been redecorated, bathroom and the kitchen as well. New washing machihine and new(ish) dishwasher here as well. Newish carpets in hallway and in room. Due to the introduction of residents permits (9 am to 8 pm cost is about £130 a year ) around here there is NO NORMAL parking here only pay and display (£1 an hour). The house is about 14 min walk to Brighton town center(station 5 mins to Lewes road shops . Plenty of busses to town center (just 7.5 mins .) I would like a lodger to stay for at least 3 months longer if we get on. A deposit of £395, a months rent in advance is required, as are references. There is a NO smoking anywhere in the building. Rent to be paid by BACS . E. U. PERSONAL MUST PROVE THEY CAN STAY IN ENGLAND LEGALLY.(for the record I`m 71 ,which is the new 50!!!!!)
