Benjamin, Daniel and I (all second year students at Brighton University) are looking for one more girl to join us in this amazing house located walking distance to Moulsecoomb University campus. The house is great value, clean and fresh as it is newly furnished, the rooms are all lovely and all equipped with brand NEW mattresses! The kitchen has a nice design, as well as ceramic cooking plates. You can see from the pictures that it has a big garden soon to have garden furniture with 4 chairs, an umbrella and a bbq. The rent is 541.50 per month including all bills, a £180 agency fee will need to be paid, as well as a damage deposit. We are really keen to get this place secured and moved into for September so please message me as soon as possible if your interested, as we want to secure this within the week,
