My brother and I are looking for a new housemate. No gender specification required. We are both very friendly and accepting and welcome whomever into our home. We are in our early 20's.

Findon is a much sort after rural village situated within the Southdowns national park, with great public transport routes via buses, great access routes via A24 and A27 so perfect for getting around with ease. Findon offers three friendly local pubs, an ace local butchers and a post office, with larger shops such as tesco, sainsburys and asda only a short drive away.

We share our living space (bathroom/kitchen/living room). There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher available.

We are both tidy people and share the house chores, we are expecting someone who will help around the house too and be tidy. The bedroom is furnished with a bed/drawer/wardrobe, plus convenient storage space built within the wall above the bed. It is positioned at the rear of the house so it is very quiet.

The house has 3 bedrooms. A small back garden, a garage (for a small amount of storage only, as me and my brother use it for work) and a driveway that can hold three vehicles.

I have a dog, shes very friendly and wouldn't hurt a fly, preferable that should you want to move in you can tolerate a dog.

We are also open to taking on someone with a dog. It must be friendly and get on with other dogs and people and be house trained. We expect you to clean up accordingly too.
