Hi, I'm trying to find one more for a new houseshare in Portslade, I am not currently living there as we would be signing a new tenancy together with the estate agency.
I have found this amazing 3 bedroom house in Portslade, it is very clean and spacious. I'd like to move quickly and secure this unique property this week.
The house has a well designed integrated kitchen that is open plan leading into the dining area. The living room is a good size and has a real log burner! (it does also have central heating). There is a downstairs toilet and a modern style bathroom upstairs. The house also has a conservatory that would be used as an art studio and a sunny sectioned garden which is decked and paved with plants round the border, it also has a good size brick shed, so would be good for storage- there is a loft space so that would also be available to use (you would need to use a ladder)
off road driveway parking for 1-2 cars
Bus stop at the end of the street has regular direct routes to the station, Hove and Brighton center
The house is an unfurnished 3 bed, 2 doubles and 1 single, the room available is a double
A bit about me, I am self employed artist and web designer and will be working from home but out of the way in the conservatory.
The other sharer is Alex, lovely guy who works in security.
I would like to create a nice, chilled out living environment and not a party house- although I don't mind the odd enthusiastic celebration and happy to have visitors coming over, as long as we are all respectful of each others space.
smoking outside only
The double room is 12'2x 10'5 so a good size, rent share is 470pcm -not including bills which would be an estimated cost of 100pcm (council tax ,water, gas, electricity, internet), so you are looking at 570pcm for rent and bills.
We would need to pay 6 weeks deposit (675 each) and 1st months rent upfront.
There are also agency fees which are 165 per person plus 30 if you need a guarantor, There may also be a fee of 50 for deposit protection, but this needs to be confirmed with the lettings agent.
I am hoping to take the property asap as i want to move before the end of the week, I'm free to contact so please get in touch if any of this sounds good to you, we can do a meet up and arrange a viewing
Sorry, the room is no longer available
